That's what I'd do if I were the Judge. God help 'em if they make Blaise the judge.

George has already said flat out in his depo (IIRC) that he would sell his soul to the devil to get his daughter free, and Cindy furthermore stated that she would rot in jail for the rest of her life if it would get Casey out, so for the pair of them at least, you may not be too far off. The funny thing about those protestations is that they are lies, total lies , they do not care exactly what happens to Casey , not really, or they wouldn't do all of the things they do. They care how it reflects on them if she is found guilty, they are narcissists, Cindy especially. Deep down they hate Casey. I am hoping those feelings rise up in at least George by the time the trial gets here and he tells the truth. I don't see Cindy ever being able to. She'll go to her grave with her no no ,not my daughter, much like Mrs. Peterson with her protestations, no no , not my Scottie. Do they have it withing their moral compass to lie under oath, absolutely. We all saw the civil depositions. It was disgraceful! I think this vieio was staged and not candid, they are not misbehaving as usual.
I think you are kidding because parents who do not love their children do not put themselves on the line for their child. IMHO they did.
I am not saying that what they did is right, but they are parents. Cindy and George are a piece of work as we say, I do not believe much of anything they say, and we do not have to like them certainly we don't agree with the circus they produce around it all..
BUT they do love their daughter. I think KC finally got their attention all to herself.

Taken Under Advisement. I do ask though...........what's the point of having a protective order on these? Especially if there is no audio attached? Unless we can can see their lips reading and someone can read lips. Accordingly, if you CAN see their lips moving it will be GRANTED. If you can't; it will be DENIED.

With regards to the courtroom antics I have knowledge of, I predict:

CA will sit there looking for the cameras, chomping her gum like a horse and desperately trying to get her dtr's attn to let her know they are having chili that night.

GA will sit there in his sandals; holding the sonar boat's manual upside down trying to learn how to turn the boat on.

casey will sit nice and cozy next to Baez with her very own legal pad to take notes on in crayon which after trial, the notes will be revealed only to show she was practicing her ABC's.

Baez will strut like a peacock in his Gucci 3 piece suit, wearing his "jury winning" pompous smile and pissing off the the poor judge.

The judge will be noble and courteous through the entire proceedings and even draw chalk figures to ensure that Baez understands what the court proceedings entail and will then drink an entire bottle of scotch immediately after the proceedings.

Thanks for the videos. It's been so long now, it's a good reminder -- especially before the hearing on Friday. I think the prosecutor should just play those pieces and we'd have a slam dunk (not that we don't already). And, oh, it still irks me that Casey was going on about the family eating chili wihout her (GAG). I wonder if anyone sent her the cruise photos -- that would probably make her really crazy. Wouldn't it be cool to show them to KC just before she entered the courtroom? LOL

I didn't think the courts had any authority over the jail operation. Or, at least Judge Strickland in THIS case. Would not there have to be a separate lawsuit directed at the jail itself in order to change jail operations?

I read on another thread that a poster (sorry can't remember name) was sending the pics to KC....One at a time for several days! KC must have been totally pi$$ed with each and every pic.

It may not simply be lipreading that has JB worried. He was warned at least twice about inappropriate physical contact with KC. You can also tell a lot by facial expressions. If they are laughing and goofing around a lot, or if they are casting sexy looks at each other, that would be worrisome, I'd think. Whatever it is, I don't think JB is concerned about us figuring out what they are saying verbally.
