Former Warren County Republican chairman arrested on felony incest charge

The former chairman of the Warren County Republicans, Rick Halvorsen, was arrested on a felonious incest charge.

According to an arrest report filed on May 11, Halvorsen performed sex acts with his adult biological daughter between June 1, 2016 and Oct. 30, 2016.

Warren County Attorney Doug Eichholz said his daughter is a victim of a crime and will not be charged.
