You are correct but these are the same pictures that were posted here before.

Here is the link to the now locked thread on Fusion that I posted the pictures to see if someone recognized anyone in the pictures.

Sorry if I shouldn't have posted this locked thread but if that one was locked because of these pictures how come this one isn't? JMO

Just asking cause I was curious about the people in the background if there was anyone related to the case in them when I posted them in this locked thread!

I was wondering though aren't a few of the girls that are guests former MTV Real World cast members? A recognize a couple of the blondes wearing all black from the show & possibly a few others but I didn't recognize anyone from the Anthony case in the backgrounds of these pictures when I fitst posted them back in this old thread. That was the ONLY reason I posted these pictures then was to study the backgrpund to see if anyone was from the Anthony case!

One of them is a picture of 3 blonde guests that I recognize former Real World cast members.....not to many in & am a bit under the weather to even want to look at these pictures again! ROFL

They needed a "grand re-opening" to erase the haze cast over them through the Casey publicity.

Someone remarked that there was at least one celeb there? Many of those pics looked like they would fit the bill. Fusian's ad stated that "local celebs" were present at the re-opening. star celebs? Or what? Personally, I would never go into a place like that. They are mostly meat markets. Definitely a place to see who can display their cleaveages in the most profound manner. And what does that say? That says: "Here it is. Come and get it." :wolf:

It looks more "upscale" than the pictures from before - to overcome the negative press they might have added a new chef and upped prices, and had a grand "reopening." Restaurants in NYC do that all the time - reopening means raising prices so people think its a more "elite" hangout place. (eyeroll)

I wouldn't know from experiance... cough cough... but these are young women who deliver small cups of horrible tasting liquors that everyone says taste better than they actually do, so that patrons can down them in one gulp with much hooting and yelling and screaming involved.

I had a look at the closed thread and yes I saw its the same photos

Personally I'd say that there is a lot of dodgy stuff going on there (im not going to say anymore about why) but its the club scene , pre children pre marriage I was a clubber, but I was on the fringe of all the *bad* stuff but I still heard and saw stuff that went on , I can only imagine how much worse it is these days..

When a club has poles erected in their club (pardon the pun ) you can bet what their whole vibe for the place is...
The girls dressed in their red corsettes reminiscent of the saloon girls from by gone days...

shot girls bring around trays of watered down shots that look larger than the ones at the bar (but really they're not) to be sold at slightly higher prices than a shot from the bar (again, lame) to the already drunk guys they are flirting with to sell aforementioned shots.

its a good way for a bar to get a rep of having "hot girls" working there and to sell some watered down bottle dregs to already-drunkers at closing time and make a few more bucks.

I say this with the caveat attached that I am no hottie myself... but a lot of the girls in those photos were... well... homely, to put it nicely. Bow wows to put it not nicely. Oh, that's my daily quota of catty commentary.

The whole club scene seems to have a definite air of desperation to it.

Are the photos old? From back in January? I just noticed them today because the link was featured on the OS front page this morning, where a Caylee case story was at the top. Curious that they would be linking to a month old "grand reopening".

the girls would dress in less and carry a tray of shots, trying to sell them, mostly to the guys. As far as i recall, casey didn't do it too many times. If she started to do it too many times, she may have freaked out thinking she had a real job or somethin'.

Jane I wasn't clear earlier when I mentioned the other thread being locked, with being under the weather today! I never finished reading to see why it was locked but you are right!

Thanks Jane for looking that thread over for me. :clap: I tried to read it but made it one or two posts & went back to bed to rest from a migriane & stiff neck. I have hardly been out of bed today & tried to read the prior thread to see why it ended up locked. I keep trying too & want to catch up with many threads today before I get behind but it's not working out so well yet!

I was hoping that others would help use the pictures from the opening in the earlier thread to see if anyone related to the case are in them! At least having the other locked thread posted here will give some background info that others sleuthed up in it!
