GA - 8 year old accidentally shoots 5 year old brother

An 8-year-old boy has accidentally shot his 5-year-old brother in the cheek in Bibb County, Georgia. His mother, father and three brothers were in the Grand Avenue home at the time. The injured child is stable.

Who is likely to know anything about an accident that happens at a private residence besides the people who were there and the police already seem to know who they are?

There maybe a question regarding who owned the firearm. Just guessing but a year or two ago a baby was shot (same area) with several teens and adults in the house, the gun disappeared before cops arrived.

Father arrested!

Anthony Jennings is charged with 2nd degree cruelty to children and possession of a firearm (convicted felon). Victim's in good condition.
