“We haven’t established a motive, and I don’t know that we ever will,” Ayers told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “It’s a very, very sad situation.”

No motive, isn't there always a motive?

Marty Glenn Reeves deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison, a family member said Friday about Reeves’ recent sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole...

Reeves, 48, entered a guilty but mentally ill plea to two counts of murder last week in Jackson County Superior Court. He was charged with killing his wife, Andrea Lyn Stone Reeves, 42, and their son, Austin Reeves, 13, on June 3 in their home on Gordon Street in Jefferson.
