Circumstances: found behind a building in the 3100 area of Atlanta Highway in Athens, GA. Likely a cold exposure death.

For local context: while everywhere on the East Coast has been getting cold snaps lately, Georgia got hit hard in January. A lot of people faced hypothermia because of how quickly the cold snaps happened. If Jane Doe was homeless, she may not have had access to/knowledge of/time to find a warming shelter nearby. The area she was found in is surrounded by an Enterprise, a car dealership, and a Walmart, but there is a wooded area too.
