This is happening now.
A suspicious pipe or tube type device has been found duct taped to a pole on the 14th Street bridge. The interstate (I-75/I-85) in midtown Atlanta has been shut down in both directions for over an hour. Currently, there are two bomb technicians approaching and investigating the device.

eta: The device was just detonated by Atlanta PD. Thankfully, it appears it was not a bomb per the live news coverage.
