ATLANTA -- Bones were discovered inside a downtown Atlanta building undergoing a renovation Friday afternoon.

Officials described them as "some very old bones."

Yes! It would. And SO MANY to choose from. Maybe they'll have an ID soon or at least determine whether they are human bones.

"I've just spoken to an investigator at The Fulton County Medical Examiner's office . I was informed that the building at 323 Walker Street was at one time a funeral home . I was informed by the investigator that due to the circumstances and the age of the bones, it was concluded that this may have been an indiscretion on the part of a former employee , or a malfunction in the cremation process . It was my impression from the investigator that the remains date back to a time prior to today's advanced crematory processes . "
