Kudos to GA investigators for putting this out there, it's just a shame we don't have much more to go on.

The Namus is still up, but I found something that may match this.
Skeletal remains found behind a motel in Banks Crossing last year have now been positively identified as those of a South Carolina man. On Tuesday, the Banks County Sheriff’s office announced forensic tests have concluded the bones belong to Terry Lee Holbrooks of the Fairplay-Westminster, SC area.

In February 2014, three people were panning for gold in a creek behind the Dandelion Inn in the Banks Crossing Shopping mall area when they discovered a human bone along the creek bed.
The trio notified the Banks County Sheriff’s Office, who requested the assistance of the GBI.

The Namus doesn't mention any of the items found, but I am wondering if they did that on purpose and now the Namus just hasn't been removed

Any thoughts?

If these remains have been identified, that would fantastic, especially with so little info about them
