Bobbi Kristina Still Alive, "No Drugs Found Out in the Open" by Police: New Details, Statement

Holland revealed that the 911 call was made at 10:20 a.m. ET on Jan. 31, by a friend named Max.

"We don't leave any stone unturned," Holland said of the procedure. "So the police took a search warrant on the home. Before the warrant, initially when the police went into the home there were nothing there that indicated that anything out of the ordinary happened. There were no drugs out in the open."

ETA: Whatever drugs including OTCs which she *may* have consumed would not necessarily be all around the scene, not even their container. We just don't know, nor do we know whatever condition predicated her apparent drowning. As well, we are not privy to the results of the search.

I had read earlier today some articles reporting that Nick was barred from the hospital. I had no doubt at the time that PH was behind that, if true. She uses brute force...does anyone really wonder what her motive might be? #obvious

This has resonances with what happened to Paula Geldof and her daughter, Peaches Cohen. All very sad and I have a bad feeling about the outcome

Just so heartbreakingly SAD! What on earth happened here is deeply troubling to me.

IMV, as a young adult who lost a parent I adored, Bobbi Kristina's heart was shattered, and understandably so. Unfortunately, her suffering over the loss of WH occurred in a fishbowl of publicity, where her best interests were clouded by the interests of others, and appeared to have been out of her own reach. :moo:


It is unclear if anyone was truly able to hear her cries for help - and I cringe to think of all that has transpired since her mother's own tragic and public passing.

Now, as we await word of her condition, my heart is so very heavy. It deeply hurts, as a mom, to think that this beautiful soul may not find her peace anywhere but as an angel in Heaven, wrapped in God's loving arms, reunited with her beloved Mom. :twocents:

What's confusing to me is the restraining order? There was one in place before this happened? If so, then why was he there? I could imagine him showing up unannounced to "talk" but then it seems very weird that she would choose that time to take a bath?

My heart is so heavy for this young lady right now...I can only imagine how much she misses her mom, I don't even want to go there, but my mind naturally jumps to all of the similarities between Whitney's death and Bobbi's situation. She's so young, and she has so much to live for. I hope she gets to realize that.

As to coming to her house it is "alleged" that they had a tiff last weekend and he and she separated. It is further alleged that she called him Sat. morning and from her tone he deduced she might be in harm's way so he and friend raced over there and found her.

The restraining order was one Pat Houston requested for her family. Not for Bobbie Kris. I doubt Nick has been prohibited from seeing his wife, if they are indeed married. The hospitals in question would be inviting a fat lawsuit if they did so without a very, very good reason. Now if they are not married, that is a different story.

Ah, ok thank you. Why would she do that SMH. Even if there had been problems between them he has a right to be there. (Unless of course it comes out that things were really bad.). What a mess. SMH

Sounds very much like what the Houston family did with Bobby Brown during the WH viewing. I'll never forget reading how Bobby went to the service and the family wouldn't allow him to go near Bobbi Kristina.
I know he had his issues with WH, but come on that wasn't the time to keep him away from his daughter.
I've always had a soft spot for Bobby Brown after that episode and he must be having a very difficult time right now.
Sad that for some it is more about power than doing the right thing for those they say they care about.

I don't think she was moved because of her fragile condition. The spokesman can't say anything more due to HIPAA laws.
