Idk, this neighborhood looks like it would be zoned single family.

Lawrenceville has a lot of errrm...undocumented workers; they tend to pack many people into single family houses. It isn't necessarily zoned that way, they just do it.

If the guy was high or schizophrenic and went after the kids, then the dad broke in to stop him it is quite possible the perp ran off when confronted by a full grown male.

So today, they dropped the charges against said guy and arrested the Father. I knew it.

Looks like this link is moot, as it is about the father's allegations and was written a day before his arrest. But shows a little about what might have been going on and the story the father fabricated.

I thought this was interesting:

Smith said Garcia has been uncooperative since being charged. A court appearance for Garcia has not been scheduled yet, but a judge may come to him, Smith said.

So is he refusing to go to court or what? I have never heard of the judge going to the jail because the inmate was being uncooperative.

He pleaded guilty to murder in 2013 and was sentenced to life in prison. He won't be eligible for parole for 30 years, thankfully.
