brian arrived on sep. 21st, i think that was the day of the 5hour commute... he was last seen in his parents carport around 2a.m. of the 24th...
i dont think the bill was paid with credit or debit or check because they(le) are saying that there has been no activity on any of these accounts....and since no one remembers or recognizes him the b/f said that he is skeptical about the payment date being correct??
the housing on judson ln. sounds and looks like it may be some type of housing projects... notice they were all the same duplex style, identical paint, etc. lots of not so great cars and did you notice all the stains on the sides of the street from cars leaking all kinds of stuff? all up and down that road...also in the freep article that you posted it said that the car was at the intersection of judson and chamberlain...that is the end of the road where there is a guy in the road....i dont think it would ever be where he would live. he lives in a very nice neighborhood....can i post the pic of that?
So, I guess the bill was paid in cash.
Yes, I think you are right. Housing projects are on Judson.
It is in a news article, must have overlooked that.
Could the man who parked the car live near there?

So the water bill is a red herring, basically, Dreamweaver?
Whatever happened to him, must have happened between 2am when the neighbor saw him and 10am when he didn't make it to the meeting. More likely before 8am when the car wasn't in the carport any more.
When a guy with a pacemaker and heart medication goes missing, my first thought is medical emergency, not abduction...
Update:
I pm'd with FB admin of Brian W page:
She is Brian's cousin and spoke with him daily.
She says:
water bill:
Brian paid the water bill the day before the missed appointment. He paid too much and the water company reprocessed it the next day and gave it a new time stamp.
Brian's medical conditons: Brian had a pacemaker implanted. He also took heart medications. He also had a slight case of narcolepsy that he took medication for.
Brian's parents neighbors: They have known Brian for many years. They did see him outside at 2am, by his car in his parents carport, the morning he disappeared.
The 10:00a.m. meeting: This was for Brian's grandmother who Brian cared for until recently. It had become too much for him. This was not a meeting he would miss voluntarily.
Brian's car when found: Besides the Taco Bell receipt and his book, it had a Tupperware container full of change that Brian kept in the car.
Police popped the trunk and found nothing.
misc. info.:
Local police believed Brian's disappearance to be a lover's spat.
Local police say nothing found in Brian's car.
Family felt because of Brian's medical problems, there was an urgency to find him. But local police ignored it.
She says Brian would never run away from any problem or confrontation.
other information:
in response to my questions:
It was normal for Brian to be up very late.
Brian could have ran out to get something at 2am.
Brian did not have black friends in Carrolton. Most of his friends are in Atlanta.
In Chattanooga, a black male was seen leaving the car under a streetlight.
Brian would not cheat on Jeff.
She also says she does read WS.
Update from Brian's niece.. (not his cousin)
Places open at 2am in Carrollton:
Any place he would go would be within a 5 minute drive.
Only places he would go: Wal-Mart, Kroger, Waffle House or Krystal (southern version of White Castle)
Medications:
They are brand names
Why cell phone left at home:
Family says it would be typical for him to run out to the store to grab something to make for breakfast, or to just run out and grab something to eat. It would not be out of character to not grab his cell phone if he were running out and coming right back. His bed looked like some one had laid down in it and jumped back up. Cash was left out on the nightstand.
Time outs:
* No Brian did not take time outs ever. Jeff was being told this was probably what he did by the police, he has been very distraught and is afraid if he argues they will not take him seriously. If Brian was mad or irritated with you he confronted you, dealt with it, and moved on. He also wasn't the type to get overwelhmed and if he did he would ask for help.
so, supposing for a moment that Brian went out for a bite to eat between 2a - 8a
1. brian has an abrupt medical emergency and wasnt able to get to the hospital, maybe while he was in the car and didnt have a phone to call for help... then some unscrupulous individual comes along and takes the car, having had to leave/put brian somewhere...anywhere between carrollton and chattanooga ....
2. brian was carjacked and then left/put somewhere...anywhere between carrollton and chattanoog...
3. brian decided for the first time in his life decided to take some "me" time...(i seriously doubt this).
anybody have some alternate theories?? something other than these awful ones?
I'm not sure how quickly a medical emergency can set in but if he went out at 2 am he was less than 5 mins from a phone (home or destination). If he was that incapacitated, then he would have crashed or been found dead in his car. Someone could have found him and the car and pushed him out, but then his body would be in Carrollton unless someone took the car and the body for a joy ride. Even assuming that latter scenario, how busy is downtown Carrollton at that hour that someone would come upon a vehicle with a driver in distress?
Same goes for carjacking. How likely is it to be carjacked at 2 am in Carrollton?
Question...
Would Brian be the type to give someone a ride?
Could it be possible he saw someone in distress and tried to help...only for it to be a ploy for robbery? In the midst of this going on have a heart attack and die?
