Found Deceased GA - Bud, 69, & June Runion, 66, McRae, 22 Jan 2015 #1 *Arrest*

I am so angry right now. This is a heinous crime and we are seeing more and more older people as victims just because they have money or property. Seems like a trend.

Actually, if the suspect's middle name is Adrian, he gifted the land to his father in 2014 after purchasing it for $1000 in 2002. Grantor is the seller or gifter in this case. Not sure what the father's middle name is so, IMO, it's up in the air as to who owns that small property

well, there it is, I was wrong, they were near the Towns property, but they DID meet but that's apparently where the "deed" ocurred, then probably took their car to pond, had to be more than one, Towns had to get to store where they were found and then somsone to drive runions car, this is so terrible, I just knew it wouldnt' be good

So ambulance was there earlier becuase they probably had bodies, SS siad earlier today bodies were discovered.

Also the drop phone was purchased only for this scam, then turned off SS said

I know. My heart is broken. I think it hits so hard because these could have been anybody's mom and dad, anybody's grandparents. Good, everyday people that any of us might know, people who were innocent. They weren't looking for trouble. It's not fair, and it never is. (Sorry to be negative, just not holding it together well right now.)

Yes, I believe the Sheriff said the phone was purchased just before this contact with the Runions and then turned off.

So glad they found the PERP, unlike the Dermond case, still waiting! so sad, yues there are good people out there but these crazies today are more abundant, prayers for the families

How freaking sad. I have a sick feeling he didn't work alone either. IMO. How does a guy who has practically or no criminal history leap to 2 murders? This makes me sick! My prayers go out to the Runion family.
