I had to reference my "Cowboy book of Etiquette" on this one.

Any person who surpasses the age of 40 and especially anybody who surpasses the age of 50,
can refer to any individual under age 30 as "a kid".

For individuals under 30 who are known troublemakers, criminals, or scoundrels in general--they may be referred to as a "punk kid".

So it is written, so it shall be.

Oh thank the Lord, steelman..... I meet the criteria.....
But just barely

I was under the impression that when they were mentioning the "big truck", they were referring more to a truck that had been lifted and outfitted to go mud-boggin'. You've seen the ones running around, where you almost need a ladder to get up inside of them, and the tires on it look like something that would belong on a John Deere tractor.

I had a couple of them like that when I was growing up. Got tired of replacing u-joints every 1000 miles and the spine-jolting ride that you get when driving one. My guess would be that Ronnie has a truck similar to that. Trying to figure out which one of the 50 States it is in would be the hard part. That may be why they haven't provided a description of the truck to the media, half the State of Texas would be phoning in their neighbors. I'm sure the Highway Patrol knows exactly what it looks like.

I suspect "Jay" stands for Junior.

That was my assumption as well but on the FB page where sister confirmed a big truck was involved, it was mentioned by several a truck big enough to drive a car into the back of. So now I am not sure.

was wondering myself where he'd go with family and land and a child in town, LE on one of the video above, stated that they are pretty sure of his whereabouts or general area maybe and that family are trying to get him to surrender, seems if family knows where he is they'd be charged with harboring or something if they know and do not tell the LE

maybe today, something will transpire and we'll knwo about the Runions, praying they're alive

I'm just wondering where he hid the Envoy. Could he have put the vehicle, with the Runions in it, in a body of water?

Maybe they interviewed him standing on the side of the road, maybe they knocked on his door and asked if he had seen this older couple running around the neighborhood, whatever kind of interview it was, I think it was pretty informal for the most part. I don't think they really zoomed in on him until they got the phone records.

If you go back and look at the Facebook search page for the Runions, you will see towards the bottom where the daughter complains about AT&T "not cooperating" or something to that effect.

At first I thought that may be the reason they went ahead and charged him, since phone companies aren't willing to release records on missing persons cases, only on active criminal cases. (We saw that same thing back during the Jennifer Huston search). Once they got those records, they were able to start cross-checking and tracking phone numbers.

Wha-La ! Ronnie Towns is back on their hit list.

That, coupled with his alibi not checking out, put him dead center in their sights again.

took months of court orders to get any phone records on the Dermond case in Eatonton GA, wondered how they got info so quick on this guy

I think they'll find him right there in town, right under their noses. I think he's also got friends helping to keep him hidden away. Of course I could be wrong, but this looks so sloppy I don't think there was a whole lot of planning going on.

I think he is according to the inteviews today, family is in contact with him and the LE
