I grew up near his hometown and have never heard the name. I asked one of my brothers who is an attorney and used to work in Augusta if he had ever heard of him and he said that he had not. So I'm not really sure what that statement means...?

Evidently there was or is a Hoggard's Mill in Baker County. Could that be what the reference is about?

Could be... But I just did some googling and his particular family seems to come from out of state. I'm still puzzled by the wording of that particular statement.

I don't know why but it bothers me that he's out on bail and it took the media quite awhile to pick up this story, especially his local media. I just want to be sure that not only is he prosecuted but also that the children in those videos can be located AND that those who know him are made aware of his interest in child .

By the way, I personally believe that possession of child should have some sort of repercussion similar to RSOs.
