According to the South Fulton Police Department, Carl Anthony Fisher's mother said she hasn't seen or heard from him since Feb. 25. She reported him missing in March and she still hasn't heard from him, police said.
He was last seen near Miller Run wearing a black hoodie, with grey sweatpants. Fisher weighs about 200 to 210 pounds and is about 6 feet tall. He has brown eyes and black hair.
Fisher has tattoos on the sides of his neck - the left side tattoo says Veronica, his mother's name. The one on the right says Chenne. He recently had a birthday in March, which makes him 38 years old.
