Circumstances of Disappearance: Carrie Jones was supposed to meet with a friend for Valentine's Day but he hasn't heard from her since. Her family reported that they haven't spoken to Carrie since February.

"For Carrie to have nobody out there praying for her, that hurts me a lot," said Janice McMillian, Jones' aunt. "I'm concerned about finding out where she is and if she's alive.”

"I think it was last year, some time, was the last time I spoke with Carrie, and that was right after her mother was burned in the house," McMillian said.

Jones' mom died in a fire, and then the 29-year-old experienced tragedy again when she lost her father within the same year. McMillian said that put her in a bad headspace.

"She's known to disappear for a couple of weeks but never to be gone this long," McMillian said.

Hmmm. Can't find any information anywhere about the outcome. Google cached view shows that the listing was removed at least a month ago (2023-11-06).

This article from August says that both of Carrie's parents died last year (it's not quite clear as the aunt as quoted as saying "I think it was last year, some time [...] that was right after her mother was burned in the house.")

Not sure how Google cache works, I've tried it on different cases that I know when they were added and when they were removed and the date Google cache shows is neither of them.
I keep track of all cases on NamUs and Carrie's case was definitely removed yesterday.
