My tip was transferred to Major Rogers, and he was incredibly kind and prompt in his reply.
We thank you for the information! I am awaiting the missing persons case information from the agency he is missing from to see if there is something that can help us positively identify him. There is a strong resemblance and the timeline matches our case.

Jose's NamUs profile is down, so I guess this was not him. At least another case was closed!

Hopefully, we can find out who this John Doe is soon.
