Authorities tell CBS46 Charlotte Drayton Smith left from the care of Ridgeview Institute which is located at 3995 S. Cobb Drive, Smyrna, GA. 30080. She was last seen at Ridgeview Institute on S. Cobb Drive and at this time her whereabouts are unknown.

Smith is afraid of law enforcement and is believed to be a danger to herself.

Smith is a 44-year-old white female, 5’07, 124 pounds, curly brown hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing a tee shirt, dark color leggings, and multicolored sneakers.
