This man was deliberately run over multiple times.

Maybe we can get these photos out and someone will recognize the car.

Yes, at 8:20 am there would be quite a bit of traffic out on the streets, but apparently this poor man's body was found in a parking lot underneath an overpass (according to the second article posted). It seems quite doubtful any passing motorists would have seen the crime. This is just sickening. He was run over repeatedly.
