Catching up today....so the insurance policy that paid out wasn't even Diane's personal policy.....it was a "Key Man" policy taken out by her Company.
Isn't it strange that she didn't have a life insurance policy of her own?
And look at all the effort that went into drafting the first (2006) will? They had to meet with Stan Smith. If there was really a 2nd will, they likely would have gone through the same efforts, either with that attorney or another one. Diane and Smith weren't drafting the 2nd will on LegalZoom.com.
Now I'm wondering if there really never was a 2nd will????? The Defense is doing a pretty good job so far from what I'm watching. They pretty much explained away why Tex sold all the furs and jewelry so quickly. He had to as there wasn't enough money in the estate to pay the liabilities.
