Circumstances of Disappearance:
Jarmon went missing from Atlanta, Georgia on December 30, 2004. He was last seen around 5:30 p.m. leaving a friend's house on Ezra Church Drive. He has never been heard from again.

At the time of his disappearance, Jarmon was driving a gold 2003 Honda Accord that was later found abandoned in DeKalb County, Georgia. Few details are available in his case and his whereabouts remain unknown.

What about Douglas Morris Jarmon II? The side-by-side comparison is quite similar in appearance. I'd submit a tip but isn't it pointless given that it is already being worked on by @othram?
