Missing Marion County endangered father-daughter last seen in southeast Georgia

After being pulled over in Georgia, the pair was issued a warning and sent on their way.

Edward P. Flanigan, 85, and his daughter, Margaret M. Mannion, 58, left their home Thursday in Ocala in a 2013 beige Toyota Camry with Florida license plate H217FA.

Before the two were reported missing by family members, law enforcement in Woodbine, Georgia, had stopped their vehicle for driving south in the northbound lanes on I-95. Mannion was driving and seemed confused. They were issued a warning and were sent on their way.

Both father and daughter are in need of medication. Neither has a cellphone with them.

This happened today, Ocala to Woodine is about 2 1/2 hours, and they were driving south in the northbound lane of I-95.

ugh, I can't believe the officer let them go, their health should have been checked if she felt confused.
