According to a news release from the Bibb County Sheriff's Department, deputies are searching for 23-year-old Emonie Middleton. Middleton went missing after she was released from the Medical Center, Navicent Health at 3 a.m. Thursday. She has not had contact with her family.

Middleton is diagnosed with mild intellectual disorder and is unfamiliar with the downtown area.

Middleton has short black hair and is slender build, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and 165 pounds
