22-year-old Esther Seiter was last seen leaving her residence at approximately 3:40 pm on the 3100 Block of Scenic Drive in Augusta.

I found the article you are referring to. The site that came from is not a known news site (msm) or LE page. so it would be considered rumer so I can't per the rules link it. I could find no other source of info verifying she has been found.

I found a comment on the missing post on Facebook from her adopted mother, asking her to reach out. That was on Dec 2nd I believe. Looking at the lady’s own Facebook page she posted on Dec 4th that she had heard from Esther, and that although she wasn’t ready to come home she was safe.
