I missed it but am not surprised. IMO she is just evil to the bone and no amount of psych support will change that. She needs to be locked away forever.

I agree.
She did this because she wanted Benyamin all to herself and that poor baby suffered because of it.
She used her abuse as a crutch.
Many are abused and don't harm their kids.

uggh, just joining to catch up. I have a visceral reaction to Benyamin. His demeanor, his testimony are off putting to say the least. While he is considered victim of Driver too, I find him very distasteful as a human.

Which day of the trial did Benyamin testify? I somehow missed it if he did and would like to go back and watch.

He was on the stand making his impact statement during sentencing. I absolutely believe Chloe needs to be pay for her horrible crime, mental health issues or not, but that man - makes my skin crawl.

I don't have much to say about Benyamin except he did paint a picture of his daughter which is much more than CD did in her final statement. And what a special little girl she was. All I got out of CD's statement is that she wants to live for her daughter. How she can do that is a mystery to me since she silenced her child forever. But then, its all about CD having a life in spite of the despicable crime she committed. I still hope she never leaves prison or has phone sex again.
