Case History

The victim was found floating in the Chattahoochee River near River View Landing in May 2002.
Fishermen found the body in the river on May 23 just South of I-85 along the Georgia-Alabama state lines in Harris County, not far from Valley, Alabama.

No hair colour listed - I wonder if he was bald or if there was none found with these remains. Namus says remains not identifiable due to decomp though they did manage to distinguish one tattoo.

The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)
This is the only missing male in Harris County, GA, even though he's only 20 and much shorter, the timeline and a few other things line up.

Tattoo on his right arm of an ice cream cone with his nickname, Chris, written in vertial letters inside the design.
Could CEHJ just be a distortion of Chris? I know it's a stretch but has he been ruled out.
