This article has a somewhat interesting video. The article and the video add clarification. The mother is 32 years old; the children are hers including the three-year-old who drowned.

According to this article the boy was out of the pool and the mother was attempting to perform CPR when emergency services arrived. However they estimated the boy had been underwater for one hour.

The family had recently moved to the area.

Prather is now being held at the Bartow County Jail and is set to face a judge during a first appearance Wednesday morning at 10 a.m.

Yep, based on the articles linked in posts #21 and #28 I would say 7 is correct.

Children in 2017 Incident:
one 4yr old
one 3yr old
two 1yr olds

All those kids were born well after 2008 when there was an incident with three kids.

Poor baby boy, Jagger. :rose: Looks like he didn't stand a chance. Hope the other children are safe for good now.

I’m wondering the same.

Also- this wsb tv video (below) with LE makes it pretty clear he was still in the pool when they arrived.

Wouldn’t you pull him out???
Who else was there & who was mom talking to in the background when she called 911?
And where was the toddler? Unattended?

If only the prior judge had sent her to jail & not just on probation...what a sad train wreck. So many kids lives involved....MOO
