Glad the arrest has been made. Nothing can make this easier but I hope this "man" cooperates, pleads guilty, and answers every question the DA and family has. Evil.

Meheux was convicted of the November, 2012 strangling death of his ex girlfriend, Jasmine Benjamin. Shortly after the verdict was read, he asked the court to sentence him. During sentencing, he took the opportunity to attack the victim, which led to an outburst in the courtroom...

Meheux was sentenced to life in prison.
