Bumping case up. I came across Portesha's case and wanted to make sure she was ruled-out, since she went missing in early 2001.

I wish this young woman could have her name back. She must have relatives out there...

I don't have anything to add but just want to say how much I like her composite pictures. It's nice to show what she could have looked like when she was happy and lively. I wish more composites would do this, even if teeth aren't a significant factor.

I am a little apprehensive to suggest Terri Mozze missing from New Orleans 3/3/01 due to the estimated age on UID. Terri was 5’4” and 100 lbs which seems quite petite for her height.

Terri suffers from Parkinson's Disease and has trouble walking as a result of her condition. She is classified as disabled.

She was last seen entering a taxi with luggage stating she was going on vacation but would be back on the weekend. She never returned.

The GBI’s recon outlining of chin, structuring of the cheek bones along with her forehead shares some resemblance to Terri. PMI was reported to be sometime in 2001, anywhere from a few days to several weeks.

Not certain it’s worth submitting but want to leave this on the young unidentified lady’s thread for others to review as well.

I-85 runs North/South from Montgomery, AL to Richmond, VA with all sorts of interchanges in between.

Jackson County is < 50 miles North of Atlanta and borders Athens, GA, home of the University of Georgia Bulldogs. Approximately 30K students were enrolled at the time the body of this young lady was discovered.

I do seem some similarities and I also understand your apprehension. Terri is almost 20 years older than the high end of the age range; 24 on DoeNetwork and GBI, 23 on Namus, and only 20 on NCMEC. Lowest age range is 15. We have definitely see age range off on UIDs, but that's a pretty large difference imo.

@Caring1, I have just learned of the June 2006 Michigan Jane Doe being identified as Darylnn Washington, who was born June 15, 1959. From her birthyear to location year, there are 47 years. The Jane Doe was estimated at 20-30 y/o. The serial killer who murdered her was allegedly active between 2001 and 2006. If her birth info is accurate and serial killer activity years are true, that would mean Ms. Washington was somewhere beween 42 and 47 years of age at the time of her murder.

Having said all of that, if you believe in this possible match with Ms. Tozee, please submit!This is a great example to bolster support of the difference in the age range. The worst that could happen is it is her and she remains unidentified due to lack of review by authorities given age range exclusion. Good luck!!

The Jane Doe was estimated at 20-30 y/o. The serial killer who murdered her was allegedly active between 2001 and 2006. If her birth info is accurate and serial killer activity years are true, that would mean Ms. Washington was somewhere beween 42 and 47 years of age at the time of her murder.

I am going to reach out to the Georgia ME/Death Investigator on the unidentified side as it is unknown who even reported Terri missing in LA and she has no identifiers at all on file.

It’s a long shot but what about Sybil Ramona Warren? The age is quite a bit off, but we’ve certainly seen it happen before. She was last seen with someone who was familiar with the I 85
