Just Googled those apartments where he lived. Been a good many shootings in that area - definitely doesn't seem to be a safe area. IMO

I watched the news video in the article and right before it starts it says something about 2 girls went missing from the same apartment complex. But it's really short and I didn't figure anything out more than that.
