Special needs adult bought ticket in Texas to ride to Anniston, AL to a funeral. The bus driver skipped the stop and dropped him off at a Greyhound station in Atlanta. His phone is dead.

I hope they can find him before he becomes another missing, unidentified statistic in a strange city. Greyhound Bus Customer Service and Drivers clearly need more training. I can't imagine what the bus driver's reason was for not taking the scheduled route. He doesn't need to be a driver anymore that is for sure.
