Circumstances of Disappearance
On December 28, 2015 Mr. Cloud was reported missing from 1115 Constitution Rd SE. The reporting party stated that Mr. Cloud left the residence on December 25, 2015. Mr. Cloud stated that he was going to stay with his family for Christmas. Mr. Cloud was never seen after he left his residence.
