Why is it relevant?

Not being a Smart Alec. I came up with the theory that management asked him to go get a picture. I figured the apartment manager and staff had an obligation to help with the early stages of the search. Manager could have said Ryan go to 1005 and ask the family for a picture so that she can be identified easier.

Relevant because if he was not asked by mgmt to retrieve the photo & doing this on his own accord would IMHO make this more heinous of a crime. IF HE was asked, why was HE asked? Why not the MANAGER asking for a photo or LE asking for a photo?

So what I gather is RB, the alleged perpetrator, requesting a photo from the family was only reported/verified by JR mother in the PR media . . . something I do not believe happened.

All I can tell you is go back and skim the threads, start at the beginning and you will learn a lot.

Shoot we had the guys facebook page up for about 4 hours, saws his brothers page and some people were monitoring his friends FB pages (the ones that didn't unfriend him after he was arrested)

Thats why they call this Web Sleuths.

BBM: I totally agree!! When WS posters get wind of a crime at the beginning, we gather LOTS of valuable information & post accordingly . . . it's essential to read all threads, especially the earliest ones, to get the gist of the situation.

I am defending Ryan Brunn because I haven't detected any deception in him. So I think it is in his best interests to take a polygraph; I think Brunn needs to proclaim his innocence and this is what he should do. Don't Wait IMO.

LE interviewed Ryan Brunn for 14 hours without an attorney present so this conversation is not admissible in court. Good.

I didn't see this posted. It's an article about child sex abuse, stats, Sandusky, and mentions Jorelys death. Quick math gave me 950+/- reported cases per year. One is too much. Good read.

Abuse cases spark action

That's just Georgia...and they used the word "substantiated" earlier in the article. Keep in mind how difficult the process of substantiating these cases are....then multiply their number times 5.

She would be an idiot to do that. Besides, I would think J's house would be the first place LE would go, not the office.

Casey Anthony jurors had to travel out of town and were sequestered. For a case like Jorely's that is emotionally charged I think it's possible for other counties to be considered for trial.

Jorely, many think of you daily and want you to know that we want justice for you.
Rest in peace little angel.

I am curious as to why you don't consider the "walmart alibi" as deception.
Also, during those 14 hours (was the 14 hours verified?) he could have waived his rights to an attorney, correct?

I am curious as to how long the family and friends searched before calling LE. My opinion is that because of her being at friends homes previously, and her mom on an action plan with DFACS, they might have knocked on doors for up to an hour (say 6-7pm) before calling LE. I am in no way shifting blame or saying the family made a bad choice, I am just saying this was a girl who had turned up at friends homes in the past, so the first reaction was probably to find her at a friends, not call 911. I wonder *if* RB asked for the pic, if he did it during the time the family and neighbors were searching before LE, or with LE afterwards.

I read several articles from different news papers that stated as fact that RB's Walmart story was a lie. Why? Because LE said they watched W-mart videos and RB was never in the store that day. Next someone that knew RB said they lied FOR RB and that he RB- was never in W-mart. If intentionally lying to LE isn't deception, I don't know what is.

Since the babysitter wasn't on the playground with Jorelys; after Jorelys left the apartment with the drinks, who went to her home and told the occupants Jorelys wasn't at the playground?

I found out Jorely's and her family moved to another apartment in the complex one month ago so I bet the apartment they moved out of is still vacant.

That whole timeline for that afternoon is confusing to me. I know that a mother left the playground at 3:45 with her kids, and said JR was still there with her little sisters. But she did nit say anything about the babysitter, I don't think.

If Ryan waived his right to have an attorney present when he was interviewed by LE, shouldn’t LE have had him sign a consent or waiver form?

LE must have taped the 14 hour interview with Ryan so if they informed Ryan of his right to have an attorney present and Ryan waived it, this conversation will be at the start of the recording and then all he information on the recording is admissible in Court…..BOTOH, if LE didn’t inform Ryan of his rights and Ryan didn’t consent to waive his right, then all the information he gave LE including the alibi LE said Ryan gave them, won’t be admissible in Court.

Why would LE interrogate him for 14 hours without making certain it would be admissable? I doubt that happened. They may have started the interview without doing so, because he was just another witness/employee at first. But at some point, since it lasted for so long, they realized he was much more than a witness. imoo

What time did the bus driver let Jorelys off the school bus on Friday?

LE said the babysitter wasn't at the playground so where was she and the other children?

Jorely's mother and her coworker were sleeping when Jorleys went into their apartment.

The babysitter is 17 so she is old enough to testify in court.

The babysitter, bus driver and those who were with Jorelys at the playground are key witnesses.

LE said the perp used duct tape and bound Jorelys' wrists and ankles with twist ties so where did the perp learn this skill and where did the twist ties come from that are large enough to bind a 7 year old's ankles and wrists together? Jorelys was stabbed with a knife and her head was bashed and the perp knows how to clean up blood splatter. I wonder if there was a blood trail leading out of the apartment and down the sidewalk that LE missed?

When tenants pack their belongings to move, they seal boxes with duct tape and use twist ties to close the garbage bags so the former tenant could have left these items in the apartment when they vacated along with the trash.

I believe LE said Jorelys' body was surrounded by cardboard so I think she was stuffed in a box and the perp sealed it with duct tape and threw it in the garbage bin. After the trash was compacted, it flattened the cardboard around her body which is how she was found.

LE told Natisha Lance they found Jorelys' 'body' and after I saw all the trash bags LE would have had to search through to find her, if she had been in a garbage bag, they might never have found her. So I think Jorelys' body was stuffed in a box and sealed with duct tape and that's how the perp was able to dispose of her without drawing any attention to themselves. When the crane operator lifted the garbage out, Jorelys' body was visible to him.

LE haven't laid sexual assault charges yet only murder and lying to LE and LE didn't administer a polygraph to anyone.

Doubtful the "twist ties" he bound her with were for trash bags - as has been discussed, the ties were likely like this one:

Law enforcement sometimes use these. He could have gotten them working at the property - we have packages of them in the shop and they're used for all kinds of things around the apartment community. Same thing with duct tape. I don't think he put her in a box, but I agree I don't think he put her in a bag either. Maybe he wrapped her in a tarp (also common in a maintenance shop), threw her in the compactor and turned it on. The way they describe finding the body, I think she was clearly visible when they dumped the trash. Nothing about finding her in a bag has been said by LE.

I know LE missed the blood spot in the apartment, but I doubt they'd have missed a trail on the sidewalk, JMO.
