My only thing is that there appears to be a surgery scar on the chest in the actual deceased photo. It looks healed so must be an old scar.
I think a lot of what you’re seeing is subcutaneous emphysema, either directly related to this person’s injuries or efforts at resuscitation. I’m a nurse, and that was my immediate thought when I saw the photo. There’s a small linear something at the base of the right throat, but I’m not convinced it’s a scar, either.

Hmm, is it possible the UID just wore a womans wig as a disguise to be able to break into the home and then drop the wig and nobody would look for a man/someone with short hair?

Of course there is still the possibility the UID was TG, crossdressing or genderfluid but really, we know zero.

That wouldn't explain them wearing a bra.

I thought about that, but somehow only NamUs mentions a bra and none of the other sources. And some stuff bras as part of the disguise. But surely, could have been someone not cisgender just as well. Or someone cis but enjoying crossdress. Or someone genderfluid. We have no information and i hope the person gets their name back soon, they are someones child..someone misses them. I agree on the necessity of multiple recons because people may be known under another name or gender to different friends and family.

If you look back at earlier posts, people in the neighborhood reported seeing someone who appeared to be AMAB but in feminine clothing around prior to this, with a bicycle (although there’s no reporting to indicate that this bicycle was found), so it seems this person possibly chose to present themselves this way, for whatever reason, outside of this one encounter. A home invasion at night, with residents present, seems ballsy for burglar? As well as continuing to approach the armed homeowner with no weapon of their own—perhaps substance abuse or mental health issues were in play. I’m surprised there were no hits on the fingerprints.

i've seen some people theorize that "justine" is sage smith. I don't really see the resemblence considering that appearance wise they dont look the same.

Also scaring of the skin around shoulders ,like stretch mark. very noticeable in the PM photo.
Anyway , could this be Sage smith from VA?

Oddly I know of a few cases where a husband calls over the T lady and when wife sees a man on the camera's they get reported as peeping or prowling. It has been a joke within a certain friend group I know.
