The Police Chief believes Zane's death was an "accident"???? Oh really???? How does an officer, even after a 12 hour shift forget his K-9 partner for 10 hours inside his vehicle? The dog should have gotten out when HE did.

Uggg....how I hate these stories and can't even imagine what misery this poor dog went thru.
