Link please.

Yoda, I don't know if any of the reports in the media thread state the exact time the GBI arrived, or exactly which person called them.

I did notice in the crime lab report, they are noted as being there but I can only get an estimated time of possible arrival.

I have not found the EMT report online or the 5700 page GBI report.

The first girl that found KJ called 911 as the coach was pulling down the mats...IIRC, so were other students. I posted a ton of links here the other day...all gone now (?), but in those links were sources for the times that law enforcement arrived. Kendrick's mother was at the school and heard the ambulance(s), fire trucks, and w/e other sirens first thing that morning scratch>>>before<<< and replace with "when" being told KJ was found dead.

I may have misunderstood Yoda, but I thought the request for link was in reference to who called the GBI and when exactly when they were called.

I just know they were there and it's in the crime lab report, which is enough for me.

I went back over and read the incident reports again. I was trying to understand the position of these mats, and all the statements of those present the day that KJ was discovered.

http://www.11alive.com/assetpool/documents/131030051629_Jan '13 Incident Reports.pdf

contrary to many discussions- no one mentions ( any ) blood.
All the students report trauma of finding him, the mats, pulling them away, the coach having trouble breathing, they all recall the smell and being ordered to the New Gym etc. I can only imagine this horrible scene. but no discussion of blood, mostly seems only the swabs that detectives took. The " old " blood on the wall. so no big puddles and pooled up blood is described remotely.

report 13-01-01520.1
10:32

Deputy Kerry Quinn
observes "both arms partially obstructing the face and were moderately stiff. The facial area was severely disfigured and swollen"
nothing about blood.

A few other things that stood out when i re read these documents were:

1. School Resource Officers " Allowed" Detective Whitener to the area where the body was.
hmmmm that's one way of saying it I suppose. :waitasec:

2. I really can't understand how the gym mats were at all. were they "stacked" were they Vertical? or "Horizontal" does one climb to the top or lie on mats standing vertically? is the entire school directionally challenged>? or maybe it's me. That gym class was a wreck just sayin'

3. The "student" that color guard teacher M. let into the building at 7:00 pm
wearing glasses and a back pack. That is really sketchy to me. I am sorry. How and when do your HS kids wear a backpack. I would love to know more about that " backpack" my antenna is up on this.

Thanks for listening to the ramblings that are JMO:seeya:
From CNN, so who knows where they got this or how accurate the information is.
"His face was bloated with pooled blood, some of which had poured out of his body, soaking his dreadlocks and spilling onto the floor."

Ah sorry....I remember reading an article in which someone involved in the investigation was complaining that the person who called did not have the authority to do so...may have been an Examiner article...so, again, who knows how accurate.

Doesn't the Crime Lab report give the time of GBI's arrival? I'd have to look but can't pull up pdf on my tablet.

The Crime Lab Report say this about the arrival of the GBI.

"Upon completion of the Leica Scan Documentation, the GBI personnel entered the scene for an initial walk through and to assist with the investigation."

No time was given but it was after 1125 hrs when the VLRCL members did their initial walk through and then the Leica 3D scan.

Yes, I read that examiner article but wasn't going to link do to the source. Examiner articles can be sketchy. The crime lab reports doesn't have the time of arrival for the GBI but it does give somewhat, but not clear enough indication of the approximate time.

Yes they did! A fact that people seem to want to overlook.

Maybe I misunderstood this^. I thought kd125 meant the school took things into their own hands and didnt call authorities right away. I was asking for a MSM link for the school not responding appropriately.

Is that normal?
Happy thanksgiving everyone!

Yes it's normal for each report to have differences. They don't "copy" the other reports. They each write them in their own words on what they observe. Since everyone is different and their writing styles are different it can result in others questioning things that are only a matter of individual interpretation.

To be honest the whole SandyHook investigation release has really hit me hard. Does any one else feel that way ? :( maybe I need a break for a while.

Beyond style. And so do the dates . More like memoirs

Do you know of a case, with reports from multiple agencies, that doesn't have discrepancies when comparing them? I would love to see an example.

They didn't. We know this ... Circular game. we have lists of ways they veered from protocol. Show me a link that the school followed attendance policy for school and notified parents? Or that coaches called and said Kj missed practice. ? Or that dozens of people were part of a death investigation before a coroner is notified. - which is the law in the state of Georgia?

Today I feel blessed to have my grown kids laughing in the next room . Bless you and your family
& Bless Kendrick and the Johnson family too .

Do we know this particular school's policy on missed practices? (wondering if it was posted and I missed it :)) My school/coach didn't call if I missed practice, we just got in trouble from our coach and had to sit out or run extra laps or something.

Did KJ miss a sports practice?
Afternoon or evening or other?

(I don't recall KJ missing a sports practice.
Maybe I'm confusing this thread w. Oct. MA homicide, deceased teacher Colleen Ritzer, and student Philip Chism who missed soccer practice that afternoon.)

That's a good question. I haven't seen anything that says he missed a practice. Can someone link me to that info? I can't find anything except the "missing" organs issue when I try to find info on missing practice.

Oh, I took that to mean he missed the class. Practice is held after school hours (my understanding).

I wouldn't expect the school to have the resources to call parents each time a student misses a class, though. There were, what, 3000 students? My school had maybe 300 students and they just marked us absent and when so many days were missed, that's when parents would become involved (if it was about to affect our grade, for example).

Is it normal practice in other schools to call the parents as soon as a student is noted as absent for a class?

Snipped from Reader post 803:
http://www.valdostadailytimes.com/ke...nding-Kendrick
"...Hutchinson looked at attendance records and found that he had been marked absent during fourth block the previous day,
Jan. 10. She called a few students from Kendrick’s classes and Krista Royal, Kendrick’s third block teacher, to her office
to ask if Kendrick was present in his first three classes on Jan. 10. Each said he had been present.

"Vikings Head Football Coach Randy MacPherson confirmed to Hutchinson that
Kendrick was not present during fourth block
weight training
on Jan. 10. Jacquelyn said it was unlike her son to skip a class, and Hutchinson agreed.........."
BBM UBM SBM for focus

I didn't recall anything about KJ missing a sports team practice.
I'm reading the above next to last sentence as saying KJ missed class, not a practice.

JM2cts and I may be wrong:seeya:
