JMO, I definitely am leaning towards the fact that he is hiding, and his family is probably assisting him, or at the least they aren't offering LE any assistance/information whatsoever. I still can't land either way on whether she is willingly with him. She probably is, and my cynicism in humanity leads me to think she probably is willingly aiding and abetting him from being apprehended.

That being said, there's still a part of me that can't discount the possibility that she is being prevented from leaving him or getting away. For every thought of "she's actually helping this asshat AFTER knowing what he's done", there's another fleeting thought of "....but what if he took her phone and he's just lost it, and with the prospect of life in prison looming I worry he may try and take a self harm route and take her with him. If she is actively working against LE, then she should certainly be charged with some form of crime.
Count me in the cynical camp.
So she was with him .....
Bet LE are asking her a lot of questions !
Yep, yep!

Count me in the cynical camp.

It's just that after following so many cases with missing spouses/significant others where I initially thought "it's really unfair everyone is assuming the spouse did this just because of how he did a press interview he's never done in his life, or because they got a lawyer, or because they don't want to take a polygraph" etc only to almost always have it come out in the end that the person actually was involved, it kinda sucks the positive mental attitude right out of your soul.

Noting:

Browning was discovered in New York at the time of Anderson’s arrest, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Deputies said she likely left with Anderson willingly, but it’s unclear whether she knew he was wanted on a murder charge after the hit-and-run. It’s also unclear if she played a role in his escape or whether she will face charges.

Brown did not answer specific questions about the case or Anderson’s arrest at the news conference, but he said Anderson would be extradited to Newton County to face charges of malice murder, aggravated assault and leaving the scene of a crash.

VIDEO: Murder suspect faces judge for first appearance

Bell presented Anderson with his charges, which include murder, aggravated assault and hit-and-run. Bell stated that she did not have the authority to grant bond in the case.

Anderson’s case will be presented to the Newton County Grand Jury, a process that Bell said could take up to 90 days.
