Ack. What's happening? Someone tried to talk to or bribe a juror? I didn't hear all the judge said.

OMG a reporter named Alexis Stevens with the Atlanta Journal and Constitution approached and spoke to a juror. What a horrible woman. She knew exactly what she was doing and that was never allowed to do that. And she claims the juror talked to her but she never reported that they did till they called her on it. I hope she loses her job over this at least. I'm so disgusted. SHE KNEW what she was doing. Was she trying to destroy this trial?!

The juror claimed that they didn't talk to her and reported it right away. When publicly called out in front of everyone she claimed the juror DID talk to her. I suspect she's a liar and was trying to cast blame on the juror when she got called out. I'm just so disgusted over this. I'm glad the judge denied a mistrial but you know they will use this down the road to try and get another trial. It's just despicable.

Defense asked for a mistrial and judge denied it. Thank goodness. She should have been held in contempt of court imo. So stupid.

#RosenbaumTrial - The journalist spoke to the judge and admitted approaching the juror. She told the judge the juror gave her details She asked him if they would come up with a verdict today. He told her they were nowhere near done. He then told her he couldn't speak to her.

The look on the judges face when he was trying to formulate a response to the reporter was priceless!

I think they are getting the juror in to answer questions - judge is just writing them out now. I thought it was done and dusted but clearly not.

I just wrote the newspaper complaining. It's absolutely outrageous. I'm so angry.

She'll likely be fired. I can't believe the judge didn't bar her from the courtroom.

Plus another jury question - asking if a party to the crime has to be present at the time of the crime.

Juror no 76 is being called in to court.

Either the reporter or the juror is lying.

She (reporter) asked him if they were nearly done and he told her he didn't know. He told the other jurors and they told him to report it to the bailiff.

Judge has given them a 15 minute break while he decides what to do.

He's calling in the entire jury now to talk to them. Judge denied defense motion for mistrial (again!)

In response to their question - Judge wants to tell the jury no, Mull says the answer should be it's in the instructions.

I can see why she would prefer the jury to not know the answer.

I'm interpreting this as they are agreed crimes were committed and discussing Joseph's part in it. I can't see any other reason they would be considering this before they've considered Jennifer's culpability.
