I was searching for possible candidates for the Jamaica Bay Jane Doe found in Queens NY, 1991. None of them really stood out to me as resembling the reconstruction, so I then narrowed my search down to just African American females with a gold tooth prior to the date this UID was discovered. Laura was the closest match I found, matching the height of the UID. There are also no existing photos available of her, which could explain my initial difficulty in finding an MP who looked like this doe. She is a little out of age range (30 at time of disappearance), though I always take the age estimations with a grain of salt.
