This 73 year old male was known to not leave his home for long periods of time. On November 7th, his landlord called officers for a welfare check. The subject responded, but refused to go outside. He was found unresponsive a couple of weeks later. Reportedly, the subject told neighbors and co-workers that he did not have family. Next of kin has not been located.
