The FBI has issued a ViCAP alert regarding an unidentified person found on May 17, 2025, in Lithia Springs, GA. Can you identify this man or his tattoos? The information and the report are included below:

Age Estimate: Adult; exact range unknown
PMI: Unknown; was in skeletonization stage
Hair/Eye Color: Black or brown hair; either had long hair or significant facial hair; eye color unknown
Height/Weight Estimation: 5'7" to 5'11"; weight unknown
Notable Features: missing three upper front teeth
Clothing: two pairs of pants, two jackets (one in camo pattern), Converse All Star sneakers with zipties as shoelaces
Circumstances: found on 5/17/2025 in the Chattahoochee River in Lithia Springs, GA. Cause and manner unknown and/or not released publicly.
Additional Details: multiple tattoos across arms, back, stomach, and legs. Two of the tattoos are photographed and included below.

Update:
NamUs has recently added a new photo of the deceased individual's camo-print jacket. It is included below:

Information on the tattoos has also been updated (see previous post in the thread).

The tattoo on the upper left forearm is believed to be the initials "S.L." The tattoo on the outer left forearm is still unidentified, but believed to be written in either Arabic or Sanskrit. Additionally, the deceased has the letter "A" tattooed on his left pectoral.

He is still unidentified. If you read Arabic/Sanskrit, please try reading the tattoo!
