Circumstances of Disappearance
Matthew was in a rehab center in Atlanta. He left the center on 08/07/2021 and called his mother from a borrowed cell phone stating he was at a bus stop on Piedmont Road. He asked his mother to call the rehab center to ask if Matthew could retrieve his belongings the following day. Matthew never showed to get his belongings.
