Police in Barnesville, Ga. are asking for help in finding a woman missing for nearly a week.
According to Sgt. Ricky Wallace of the Barnesville Police Department, Megan Littleton was last seen on April 8 at the Powell Place Apartments.
Family members said that Littleton is "mentally delayed" and is diabetic, and that she left without her medication.
Littleton has short red hair with brown eyes, and wears glasses. She was last seen in Barnesville but could possibly be in Upson County or Clayton County, her family said.
