Police asking for help in case of missing Floyd County woman

Floyd County Police investigator Byron McCarley is looking for help in finding a missing local woman, Melinda Christine Russell AKA Melinda Gray.

DUNWOODY, Ga. -- The Dunwoody Police Department is looking for a missing woman who was last seen in the area of Peachford Road on June 7.

Police said 32-year-old Melinda Gray was last seen with an unknown man in his late 40s or early 50s that weighed between 160 and 180 pounds.

Melinda Gray is a white female who is about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 100 pounds.

She has strawberry blonde hair, hazel eyes, a tattoo of the name “Ethan” on her right hand and a tattoo of a vine wrapped around a cross on her upper right arm.

Anyone with information on her location is asked to call 911, Floyd County police at 706-235-7766 or Dunwoody police detective C. Gilbert at 678-382-6997.
