Morgan County Sheriff’s Office
• On Aug. 13 a found bones report was filed at a Buckhead Road, Buckhead, location after two men reported they found a collection of bones while putting up deer stands. Reports state that the men said the bones did not appear to be deer bones and that a small shoe was also found in the area. Authorities collected the bones and have sent them to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation crime lab for identification.

If you take from the comment about the "small" shoe that the UID is a child ...

Another bone discovery in Morgan county last year:
https://identifyus.org/en/cases/9327
but there is very little information to say if it could be one of Carl's possibles.

Your link on the other Morgan County skeletal remains gets a "permission error" for me (so I can't see any details, including what was found or how or when) -- thinking this means they have been IDed? And I am wondering if these remains are the ones referenced in this Nov. 2012 news story (it says these bones were found in 2011):

Roark’s death ruled a homicide

MADISON - Investigators with the Morgan County Sheriff's Office are officially calling the death of Jason Roark -- a Gwinnett County resident and Army veteran missing since 2006 -- a homicide, MCSO Capt. Chris Bish said Monday.

DNA evidence confirmed last week that scattered skeletal remains found over a six-month period last year in western Morgan County are those of the missing veteran. ...

(IF these are the remains you were referring to, Donjeta, Jason Roark also has a WS thread, here: http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=129643&highlight=jason+roark )
