A Mattie's Call has been issued for missing 33-year-old Neil Lavin Robinson.

Robinson was last seen Nov. 29 in the 600 block of McAffee Street NW. He suffers from memory loss, has a history of strokes, and has a speech impediment.

He was known to last have on a blue hoody, blue jeans, and black tennis shoes.

Neil Lavin Robinson Jr. was last seen in the 600 block of McAffe Street NW around 3 a.m. on Friday, Atlanta police said.

Police describe Robinson as being 6-feet-2-inches tall, weighing about 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. [...]

Police are hoping to find Robinson quickly before the weather moves in this weekend.

Atlanta Police looking for missing man suffering from memory loss
ATLANTA — Atlanta Police have issued a Mattie's Call for a missing 33-year-old man who they said has had a history of strokes and memory loss.

According to Atlanta police investigators, Neil Lavin Robinson Jr. wandered away from his home in the 600 block of McAffe Street, N.W., at about 3 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 29, 2019.

There are some businesses, apartment complexes and such in the area. I hope a camera picked him up so they have a direction to go. I don't see any bodies of water and the only park appears to be quite a distance away.
