DBM - made a confusion with a different Jane Doe, found the same day in Baker County. (NamUs #UP11097)

You are probably right.
There is not much information out there on the internet about Billie Hall.

Would there have been an autopsy since there was no doubt the cause of Jane Doe's death.
Given the potential cost would a hospital automatically perform an xray back in '85?
Newton, GA is a TINY town, to this date i believe there is only one cop, maybe two (the population was 610 in 2014).

Billy has a history of orthodontic screw implanted above her right eye and a surgical plate inserted in her skull. If a patient was admitted in a non-responsive state state, possible head injury, I would assume best practices even in 1985 would include CT of the head for diagnosis of cerebral swelling and they would be able to see the plate at that time.

Ok, still poking around on this case and need my fellow sleuths help to confirm or deny I should report this for cross checking:
Please look and tell me your thoughts:
Deborah Lois Dean
The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)
UP: 5'2"
MP: 5'2"
UP found: May 24 1985
MP missing: May 3rd 1985
Deborah Dean was traveling by bus from Pennsylvania visiting a friend to her home in Tucson, Arizona ***Matches Isotropic Map*** she was last heard from in St. Louis and then never showed up, her purse was found at a truck-stop cafe outside St. Louis
She has the same bulb nose tip and the photos including teeth style are similar
??? Picked up by a trucker for a ride home and thrown from the truck on his route south???
Additionally when you Google Allison Milles there is a match to that name with a prior address in Pennsylvania, where Debra was last. Was she visiting her friend Allison Milles, or did she pick up some clothes from a second hand store in Pennsylvania??? previously owned by Allison Milles???
Deborah Dean would be 57 years old today, the Allison Milles with prior address in Pennsylvania is in her 60's so she would be about the same age or a few years older than Deborah in 1985.

I just finished reading this thread, and I found this the most promising by far. Complete with the incorporation of the isotopic analysis results the situation that you describe seems quite likely. It's honestly so upsetting to me that so many of these cases are virtually abandoned and people go without their names. I look forward to hearing more.

Sorry for the delay in update, I did hear from the Det. David Miller of the Tucson PD, stating "Sufficient DNA data to indicate they are not a match"

I did some Genealogy work on the laundry tag. The earliest record of the Milles family dates to about 1600 to reverend Thomas Milles. Eventually it brought me to a possibly 2nd Great Uncle named Sir William Milles of England’s. The similarities between them are uncanny.EA384858-C399-460D-B036-8760D9B58075.jpeg

Thank you for sharing Al Ka! I’d not seen that photo either. I’ve noticed GBI has a phenomenal artist who does a lot of recons for their UID. It’s especially good to see the ones for the older cases!

Yes, forensic artist Kelly Lawson, I am big fan of her work as well. Her mum was also renowned forensic artist and worked with police.
