She would have been in her second trimester by then. I think the grandmother had custody of Quinton at that time, so it would have made sense for her to do that.

Yeah, I was mainly pointing out that Leilani didn’t seem to be interested in attending a milestone checkup of her child. Instead grandma brought along a “nanny?” SMDH

It’s crazy that she surrendered custody of Quinton but chose to get pregnant with another child. JMO

Two minor issues with Quinton's heart. Neither were of concern.

Never returned for a follow up appointment in August. They were trying to track him down for a follow up appointment when they found out he had died.

I actually appreciated Hillard's questions this time. They enabled the doctor to talk more and make the Quinton's conditions easier to understand. I don't think it helped the defense, but he had good questions and he was very polite to the witness.

So Paul was yet another caregiver to the kids. He described Quinton as an angel and how he’d be helpful during diaper changes.

WTH did Leilani even do with the kids? It seems like all she cared about was getting high and shtupping her drug dealer.
