There were both he and she pronouns in the document, I think, and it was said that they would all be made regular, and I think she said she didn't care, but I could be wrong, it was done minutes ago now.

It's because a lot of the language is essentially cut and pasted and then tidied up later.

There is no defense, who would they call? Not even her own mother is suitable to call as a witness. BJD is also actively trying to gain custody of the kids, if you can believe that.

I hope the closing arguments are short and simple and she's found guilty at lightning speed by this jury. This trial has been painful to watch and listen to for so many, many folks. moo

Absolutely this! And then if that's not enough they should consider her behaviour after Quinton's disappearance just to be doubly sure that that woman has no more business being responsible for those children than her murderous waste of air daughter!. JMO

Agreed. I feel that the prosecution did a wonderful job of laying out the timeline of what happened and when to this jury as well as how many others have been effected by seeking justice for Quinton, and hope that they can see the truth and all agree!
